Tim came to the Exchange State Bank in 2014 as an addition to the lending team, bringing over ten years of lending experience with him. Tim uses that experience to service any loan requests, including agricultural, commercial, residential, and consumer loans. Tim earned a BA in Economics and Business Management from Knox College and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison, where he simultaneously earned the Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business. He is very active in the Pearl City community, serving on the Pearl City School Board, helps with the Pearl City Athletic Boosters, and is an assistant coach for the Pearl City High School baseball program. He and his wife Jody reside in Pearl City with their three kids, Mason, Beckett, and Fallyn. -

Anita came to Exchange State Bank in 2009. She can help with a variety of your banking needs – from checking and savings account questions to IRA and HSA needs to Escrow account concerns. Anita is also the Compliance Officer, so she tries to make sure that we follow all of the rules and regulations necessary to provide you with sound banking practices. Anita and her husband Mark live in rural Lena where he is part of a three-generation farming operation. Anita is an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lena and enjoys volleyball and spending time with family. -

Kristin joined Exchange State Bank in September 2017 as part of the lending team and currently serves as Vice President of Loans and Marketing Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Elmhurst College, with a minor in Spanish. She s a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking where she simultaneously earned the Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business. With roots in the agriculture industry, Kristin is passionate about supporting agricultural education and community engagement. Her professional expertise, paired with a strong commitment to service, fuels her dedication to both her roles at the bank and her involvement beyond the workplace. Kristin lives in Pearl City with her husband, Aaron, and their two children, Daatin and Natalie. Actively involved in her community, she serves as Chairman of the Pearl City Boulevard Bash, Secretary of the Lanark Chamber of Commerce, and Trustee at Zion Community Church, where she is also an engaged member. -

Jenny started at Exchange State Bank in September of 2005 in the bookkeeping department bringing 9 years of banking experience with her. She enjoyed 18 years in that department helping customers at the drive up and on with phone with all their banking needs. In January of 2023 she was promoted to Vice President of Operations/Cashier and has enjoyed the challenge of learning a new roll within the bank. You will still catch her at the drive up occasionally and continuing to help customers inside and on the phone with their banking needs. Outside of the bank you may see her helping on the family farm and enjoying time with her friends and family. Jenny resides in Mt. Carroll with her husband and 2 kids Kendal and Aidan. -

Andrea grew up in Dubuque, Iowa and started her working career as a travel agent. After working eight years, getting married, and starting a family, the decision was made that Andrea would stay at home full time with the kiddos. Living in Bettendorf, Iowa and traveling to “The Lake House” at Lake Carroll most weekends, the time had come in 2000 to move to the Lake full time. In 2007 she started working at Exchange State Bank on a part-time basis, turning into full-time a year later. Over 17 years into the Banking industry, she will help you with debit card questions, bookkeeping, or assisting you with your checking or savings account. Andrea strives to help others on a daily basis along with plenty of self improvement. Andrea's favorite past time...playing with the Grand kiddos! -

Deven grew up in Lanark and graduated from Eastland High School in 2015. He then attended Carroll University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, along with a minor in Criminal Justice. Deven serves as the President of the Lanark Chamber of Commerce. He and his fiancé, Joanna, live here in town and enjoy spending time with their three dogs. -

Katie joined the Exchange State Bank team in October 2016. She has a diverse background as she worked in the health care industry for seven years, stayed at home with her children in their younger years, and was in the military for eight years prior to that. She and her husband Dan reside in Lanark with their two children, Stephen (16) and Natalie (14). Dan is still actively serving in the military, with 23+ years of duty. Katie spends much of her time volunteering. She has been a leader for Girl Scouts for nine years, she helps with the Athletic Boosters, is active with her church, is an organizer for the 5K during Shannon Homecoming, and is an avid supporter to her children in cross country, basketball, and track plus all their academics. She is also a volunteer to the military FRG. -

Bev celebrated her 17 year anniversary at Exchange State Bank this year. She entered as a teller and has grown into bookkeeping support, new account openings, and supports customer satisfaction. Bev came from a secretarial and engineering background. She is a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church in Shannon where she sings in the choir and has taught religious education for many years. Bev and her husband Gary reside in Lanark. They enjoy spending time with their family and are Green Bay Packer fans. -

John came to Exchange State Bank in 1978 as a Loan Officer and Assistant Cashier. He has been a Director since 1982, Chairman of the Board since 1996, and was named President in 2009. John has been married to Yvonne since 1970. He and his wife have 5 daughters that all graduated from Eastland High School. They also have 13 grandchildren. John and his wife are farm owners in Bradford, IL and Bishop Hill, IL. John is currently involved in Lanark Lions, TIF Advisory Board for Lanark City Council, and is a Board member of Lanark Community Foundation. He spends most of his free time at his grandchildren's activities. -

Together they have a daughter (Brittney) and son (Brett). In her spare time, she cheers for the Green Bay Packers and the St. Louis Cardinals (baseball is her favorite sport). She also enjoys volunteering and community service.
