Tim came to the Exchange State Bank in 2014 as an addition to the lending team, bringing over ten years of lending experience with him. Tim uses that experience to service any loan requests, including agricultural, commercial, residential, and consumer loans. Tim earned a BA in Economics and Business Management from Knox College and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison, where he simultaneously earned the Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business. He is very active in the Pearl City community, serving on the Pearl City School Board, helps with the Pearl City Athletic Boosters, and is an assistant coach for the Pearl City High School baseball program. He and his wife Jody reside in Pearl City with their three kids, Mason, Beckett, and Fallyn. -

Anita came to Exchange State Bank in 2009. She can help with a variety of your banking needs – from checking and savings account questions to IRA and HSA needs to Escrow account concerns. Anita is also the Compliance Officer, so she tries to make sure that we follow all of the rules and regulations necessary to provide you with sound banking practices. Anita and her husband Mark live in rural Lena where he is part of a three-generation farming operation. Anita is an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lena and enjoys volleyball and spending time with family. -

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Elmhurst College, with a minor in Spanish. She s a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Banking where she simultaneously earned the Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business. With roots in the agriculture industry, Kristin is passionate about supporting agricultural education and community engagement. Her professional expertise, paired with a strong commitment to service, fuels her dedication to both her roles at the bank and her involvement beyond the workplace. Kristin lives in Pearl City with her husband, Aaron, and their two children, Daatin and Natalie. Actively involved in her community, she serves as Chairman of the Pearl City Boulevard Bash, Secretary of the Lanark Chamber of Commerce, and Trustee at Zion Community Church, where she is also an engaged member. -

Deven grew up in Lanark and graduated from Eastland High School in 2015. He then attended Carroll University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, along with a minor in Criminal Justice. Deven serves as the President of the Lanark Chamber of Commerce. He and his fiancé, Joanna, live here in town and enjoy spending time with their three dogs. -

Katie joined the Exchange State Bank team in October 2016. She has a diverse background as she worked in the health care industry for seven years, stayed at home with her children in their younger years, and was in the military for eight years prior to that. She and her husband Dan reside in Lanark with their two children, Stephen (16) and Natalie (14). Dan is still actively serving in the military, with 23+ years of duty. Katie spends much of her time volunteering. She has been a leader for Girl Scouts for nine years, she helps with the Athletic Boosters, is active with her church, is an organizer for the 5K during Shannon Homecoming, and is an avid supporter to her children in cross country, basketball, and track plus all their academics. She is also a volunteer to the military FRG. -
